Who is responsible
ARMA OUTDOOR d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia, makes and sells Rillby. We decide what happens to the data you leave in the form. Write to us at [email protected].
What the form collects

We also save: the language of the page you used (English or Russian), the date you signed up and the date of the last change, the words “Mac, Apple Silicon”, the source (“landing page”), and the version of the consent line you saw.
The form does not ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
Why
- To write to you about the Rillby beta and launch.
- To choose whom to invite first. That’s what the three optional questions are for.
That is all. We don’t sell the list, don’t use it for advertising, and don’t pass it to anyone except the processors named below and public authorities where the law requires it.
Where it is kept
On Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the list. The list is not public. Your address is stored in lowercase, with leading and trailing whitespace removed. The same address typed in different case is one record. Nobody outside the Rillby team reads the list, other than Cloudflare as the host.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The one thing it keeps in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme (in localStorage). It stays on your device and goes nowhere.
How long
We keep your record until the end of the beta plus 90 days. After that it is deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do that within 30 days.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare, as the host.
- Cloudflare again, as the service that sends our emails about the beta and launch (Cloudflare Email Sending). It sees your address and the text of each email. It also forwards to us the emails you send to [email protected].
- Public authorities, if the law requires it.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Tell us what you need:
- delete your record;
- correct your answers;
- stop the emails. One email is enough, and every email we send can be answered the same way.
We do this by hand and finish within 30 days of your email.
If you sign up again with the same address, we update your record instead of adding a second one.
On what basis
Your consent: you give it by sending the form, under the line “I agree to receive emails about the Rillby beta and launch”. You can withdraw it at any time, the same way as in “Your choices”. Withdrawing doesn’t change what we did before. We handle the data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.
Signing in to the beta app
Rillby signs you in with an email code or link, or with Google, at app.rillby.app. Sign-in comes with wave 1 of the beta. What the app and the account keep is described in the beta agreement.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
